Heritage Plaza Improvements – Phase One

- Plaza design alternatives, preferred alternative, restoration strategies and cost estimates
Setting the stage for design work, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., with generous funding from the Amon G. Carter Foundation and technical assistance provided by the City of Fort Worth, engaged the Project for Public Spaces to conduct a workshop that would set a vision for how the park and plaza will be used in the future. What uses do we envision, what will people be able to do there…and what needs to be built…or not built…to accommodate them? The use vision crafted in the PPS and subsequent workshops has informed our design discussions and is at the root of our future work.
